While I was training, when I was asked what I would specialise in I wasn't sure. Now I've been practising for over four years my answer is, "With anyone who wants to change - even if they don't know yet what that change might be."

It might be something tangible like losing your temper, suffering with anxiety or smoking or biting your nails or it might be more difficult to put into words other than 'I just don't feel like me'. Being very sceptical in the beginning with therapy in general, i was a little bit apprehensive to start with, Janet's approach and methodology however ensured i felt safe and comfortable during her sessions of solution focused therapy. i was comfortable in discussing underlying issues and Janet helped me to provide solutions to address issues i would normally have brushed under the carpet.
